3-bed Detached Eagle style Villa with Private swimming pool overlooking the 17th fairway of the newly refurbished Las Ramblas golf course.This impressive spacious villa provides luxury accommodation for any golfer or holidaymaker.

With three spacious bedrooms, large lounge and seperate kitchen there is plenty of space for relaxing, not to mention the solarium, patio and rear gardens that house the ample size private swimming pool.

Featuring hot and cold air conditioning throughout and luxury furnishings the villa has been extended so that all three bedrooms are distributed on the ground floor and there is also a large Marble lined guest bathroom in addition to the en-suite that serves the master bedroom. Direct access to the pool area is available from the master bedroom or from the lounge via the covered dining area.

This is an assured accommodation choice when looking for something that little bit special.This property has an english Sky box system which will need the Sky veiwing card bringing with you when you come to visit.

The rear garden has been landscaped and fitted with a good size swimming pool with a childrens section. One of the newest additions is the installation of a large gazebo where you can spend many hours dining and soaking up the weather.

Las Ramblas has a new state of the art club house and restaurant and just outside the main entrance of the resort, you will find the new and very popular comercial area called La Fuente where there is a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants with varied evening entertainment.

Car hire is reccommended.

Please note: For bookings of 3,4,5 and 6 days, the published prices are subject to cleaning and laundry charges. Cleaning charge is 70 euro and laundry charge is 10 euro per person. Bookings of 1 weeks and over include all cleaning and laundry charges.

Booking a property with Asetspain could not be easier!

If you have found the property that you would like to reserve simply click on the "Enquire Now" Green tab at the top right of the green tabs and fill out the enquiry form. In the Enquiry box, you can add the dates that you would like for your reservation and any other information that you think may be relevant.

Once we receive this enquiry, a member of our team will contact you, usually via email to confirm your enquiry and answer any questions that you may have. If you have sent a reservation request then we will contact you to confirm your booking and to take a security deposit for the booking.

This is done by taking credit card details and a pre-authorization of 200 euro.

Payment for your booking is then made upon arrival in local currency. Should you wish, we can accept payment for your reservation by Credit Card or PayPal but unfortunately those options are subject to a 4% surcharge as that is the amount the agencies charge us for their services.

Upon your arrival we will arrange to meet you at the resort or at the airport depending upon your needs. We will the show you in to the property you have booked and ensure that you are aware of how everything works and that you have any necessary contact numbers that you may need.

You can also ask the representative any questions that you may have about the property or the local area and they will do their very best to help you.

During your stay, you may need to hire certain items such as children´s equipment and a simple request to any of our team will set your mind at ease. We can arrange for you to hire everything from stair gates to travel cots to push chairs. Of course, you may like to hire something completely different like a bicycle or scooter or even a quad bike.

What ever you need our team will do its´ very best to ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We can even arrange a welcome pack of food and drink essentials or a tailored pack if you have any special requests.
