A superb three bedroom Quad bungalow in the new Oporto Golf development in Pau-8, Villamartin. This particular villa is a great example of the Oporto bungalow and has been very well furnished and maintained.

This very well furnished property enjoys mature private gardens to the front and side and a private drive means you can park within the properties garden area.

Although this is called a bungalow, there is actually two floors. The ground floor is the main living area and has two guest bedrooms each with built in wardrobes and two single beds along with the full guest bathroom including a sgower over the bath, utility room, American style fully fitted kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area.

Upstairs there is direct access to the private solarium and also the master bedroom suite with full en-suite bathroom and sliding patio doors to the private solarium.

The communal swimming pool is set in mature well maintained gardens just a few meters away and is accessible for residents only.

This is a highly recommended property!

Area Activities:

Villamartin is a golfing resort and is surrounded by three fantastic courses. The all new LA FINCA course is only 15 minutes by car. Several Blue Flag beaches are easily reached by car within a few minutes and the local commercial areas offer a wide range of bars, restaurants and entertainment.

Please note: For bookings of 3,4,5 and 6 days, the published prices are subject to cleaning and laundry charges. Cleaning charge is 50 euro and laundry charges are 10 euro per person. Bookings of 1 weeks and over include all cleaning and laundry charges.

Booking a property with Asetspain could not be easier!

If you have found the property that you would like to reserve simply click on the "Enquire Now" Green tab at the top right of the green tabs and fill out the enquiry form. In the Enquiry box, you can add the dates that you would like for your reservation and any other information that you think may be relevant.

Once we receive this enquiry, a member of our team will contact you, usually via email to confirm your enquiry and answer any questions that you may have. If you have sent a reservation request then we will contact you to confirm your booking and to take a security deposit for the booking.

This is done by taking credit card details and a pre-authorization of 200 euro.

Payment for your booking is then made upon arrival in local currency. Should you wish, we can accept payment for your reservation by Credit Card or PayPal but unfortunately those options are subject to a 4% surcharge as that is the amount the agencies charge us for their services.

Upon your arrival we will arrange to meet you at the resort or at the airport depending upon your needs. We will the show you in to the property you have booked and ensure that you are aware of how everything works and that you have any necessary contact numbers that you may need.

You can also ask the representative any questions that you may have about the property or the local area and they will do their very best to help you.

During your stay, you may need to hire certain items such as children´s equipment and a simple request to any of our team will set your mind at ease. We can arrange for you to hire everything from stair gates to travel cots to push chairs. Of course, you may like to hire something completely different like a bicycle or scooter or even a quad bike.

What ever you need our team will do its´ very best to ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We can even arrange a welcome pack of food and drink essentials or a tailored pack if you have any special requests.
