Description:

This super ground floor apartment is one of the first to be delivered on this resort developed by Polarisworld. Condado de Alhama will be a first class resort but is still under construction, so now is a great time to take advantage of some special offers !

This property is not directly affected by any current construction so you can relax and enjoy your time here. The lounge patio doors open up on to a private patio and garden area and this extends on to the communal gardens, play area and swimming pool. Internally there are three bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and they have been furnished with 1 double bed and three single beds. For slightly larger parties there is a double sofa bed in the lounge that can be used with a surcharge of 50 euro per week. The apartment has full hot and cold air conditioning and an English television system. The lounge and dining area are overlooked by a fully fitted American style kitchen. The resort now has several swimming pools available for use, tennis courts, childrens play areas, supermarket and a new café bar has now been opened. Car hire is recommended for this property and the closest large town of Campo Sol is only 4 minutes away by car offering numerous eateries and activities. The beaches of Mazaron are just a 15 minute drive away so you can experience the best that Murcia has to offer in beaches and rural retreats. Booking a property with Asetspain could not be easier!

If you have found the property that you would like to reserve simply click on the "Enquire Now" Green tab at the top right of the green tabs and fill out the enquiry form. In the Enquiry box, you can add the dates that you would like for your reservation and any other information that you think may be relevant.

Once we receive this enquiry, a member of our team will contact you, usually via email to confirm your enquiry and answer any questions that you may have. If you have sent a reservation request then we will contact you to confirm your booking and to take a security deposit for the booking.

This is done by taking credit card details and a pre-authorization of 200 euro.

Payment for your booking is then made upon arrival in local currency. Should you wish, we can accept payment for your reservation by Credit Card or PayPal but unfortunately those options are subject to a 4% surcharge as that is the amount the agencies charge us for their services.

Upon your arrival we will arrange to meet you at the resort or at the airport depending upon your needs. We will the show you in to the property you have booked and ensure that you are aware of how everything works and that you have any necessary contact numbers that you may need.

You can also ask the representative any questions that you may have about the property or the local area and they will do their very best to help you.

During your stay, you may need to hire certain items such as children´s equipment and a simple request to any of our team will set your mind at ease. We can arrange for you to hire everything from stair gates to travel cots to push chairs. Of course, you may like to hire something completely different like a bicycle or scooter or even a quad bike.

What ever you need our team will do its´ very best to ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We can even arrange a welcome pack of food and drink essentials or a tailored pack if you have any special requests.
