AsetSpain is your complete property management company in the Costa Blanca. We are a fully registered, legal and regulated management company with an existing client base of over two hundred property owners and this is increasing daily.
 The secret of our success is the quality of the service we can provide along with a very personal service. We keep staff and costs down to an absolute minimum to provide you with the best value for money management package available.
Our Management service includes the following;
- Keyholding for 12 months
- Regular visits to secure and freshen the property including, flushing toilets, running water, opening windows etc....
- Vermin Check
- Utility Check
- Notification to owners of any problems or maintenance that may be required
- Registered Keyholder for your alarm company
- General assistance for the property owner
- Local contact for owners guests Advertising package for property rentals
- Your property advertised on this site for rentals, including pictures, rates, description and calendar
- Administration of your utility contracts if required
The costs for our Management service is only 350 € plus IVA (Spanish VAT @16%) for a full twelve months ! Management clients must also provide a refundable management fund of 200€ for any emergencies that may arise during the term of your contract.
This means that our services are still available for the incredibly low initial outlay of 606€ all inclusive !
- How does this work for me?
Once you have purchased your property and wish to let it out, the first thing you need to do is apply for your management contract with Asetspain. Once this is in Place Aset will arrange to take the photographs of your property and advertise it on our site for the time of your contract with us. In order to keep everything as simple as possible we will advertise the property at the price agreed between the owner and Aset. This will be an all inclusive price to the renter.
Before the owner can receive their money Aset will deduct three charges from the rental monies:
- Aset Commission
- Cleaning Charge
- Laundry charge
The balance of the rental monies will then be transferred to the Spanish Bank Account of the Owner.
Change over cleans, builders cleans, spring cleans - what ever you need just give us a try !
- Builders cleans from 100€
A builders clean means that we will clean the property internally, directly after the builders have left and before your furniture is delivered. This includes cleaning all surfaces to ensure they are free from dirt, grease and builders material residue such as paint and cement. The price starts at 100€ for a two bed apartment.
- Spring Clean (spruce up) from 15€
If your property has not been used in a while it will get dusty and may require a light spruce up clean before you or your guests arrive. This includes a general sweep, dust and mop of the property.
- General Yearly Clean from 90€
You may require a really good clean up after a long period of time and ask us for a general clean up of your property. This is a very thorough clean and would take one or two days depending upon the property size.
- Change Over Clean from 30€
This is a normal clean between rentals and prices start from 30€ for a two bedroom property and rise to 50€ for a three bedroom property. For larger properties we can quote for your personal requirements.
For change over cleans Aset can also take away the linen and towels to have them laundered and returned to the property. We have tried to keep the prices competitive and simple as possible so we charge 8€ per head for laundry. For example:- if you have 3 people staying in your property the laundry charge would be 8€ x 3 giving a total of 24€
If you are having work done at your property, why not ask Aset to provide supervised access. This means that a member of our team will open up the property and wait with the workmen or whoever needs access to your property for the duration of their stay. The charge for this is 10€ per hour between 10 a.m and 6 p.m. after these times there will be an addition fee of 30€ call out plus 10€ per hour.
