 More and More people are choosing to rent properties on a long term basis. Buying a property may not be possible for many people now due to the current climate but people still want and need to live in this area so long term renting can be a viable option for many people on the Costa Blanca.Long Lets are very straight forward and we have many properties to choose from to suit all tastes. A studio apartment right up to a large detached villa with a private pool could be your new base for up to 12 months on an official legally binding Spanish contract. Minimum term for long lets is 3 month and the tenant is responsible for paying the utility bills that apply to the rental period. One of our agents will then take you to view the properties so that you can make an informed choice of where you would like to rent.Standard rental terms are two months rental monies as a deposit and the first month rent is payable upon receipt of the keys for the property. To complete the rental contract we will need your passport, previous address and a reference from an employer in addition to the deposit payment.
