Keyholding Service

Asetspain can provide an annual Key Holding Service for a very low fee of 60 euro Plus IVA

The keyholding service simply means that we will hold a spare set of your keys in our safe storeage area that you or your representative can collect by appointment. Out of office hours collection or delivery can also be arranged but extra charges would be incurred for this.

Alternatively we can provide a full

Property Management

service, where regular house checks are included in our service.
